Brookdale High Point

I was assisted by [name removed] on my tour. She was very informative and provided me all the info I needed to make further decisions for my senior. The tour was great!

Loved the home like feeling of the community. It was very high on our list for my stepmother to potentially go to. But its small size turned out to be a negative for her. Otherwise, we would recommend the community to others looking for a place for mom.

Not as expected

They were great before we moved in but haven't lived up to it expectations. The food is not very good and there are limited activities for the people. I've asked my father if we could look for a new place but he wasn't very good at change and doesn't want more changes

I would recommend them to others. I feel that Brookdale is doing a good job with my mother, however, I have receive notice that their rates may be going up and I will have to see if her income.

I felt comfortable with the staff at Brookdale High Point immediately. They went out of their way to make the move as easy as possible. My father has settled in and started making friends. I highly recommend this facility.
