Oversold their services

They over sold their services and didn't demonstrate reliably what they claimed. Food was overly repetitious (menu), and they did not follow doctors orders to have everything cut up small for mom. Apartment layout and size was fine. Cleaning was unreliable. Daily tidy was seldom daily. Asking for help was discouraged and mom was made to feel like she was a bother.

Great place , mom feels safe and engaged

Caring people who make mom feel safe and not lonely. Meeting her where she is even when that changes daily and keeps her laughing and having fun.

Safe place and friendly staff

Drop off day was awkward. My sister was left sitting for an hour before she asked.... they said she could go. No introductions, no tour, nothing. They took mom for a walk and she was supposed to just leave, but no one told her that. . it's clean but on my first visit, my mom's room was not vacuumed. It was obv, so when I asked, they said it was because she wouldn't let them. How about going in when she's at breakfast? Or lunch? Or exercise class? They have been wonderful over all. My mom is not thrilled with the food offerings at times nor the portions. Housekeeping struggles at times. I think they are currently short some staff. I love the facility and think some of the current issues will be resolved. The facility is very responsive to concerns.

This facility was a pleasant surprise. They were warm and welcoming, answered all our questions and relieved all our anxiety in a single visit. They welcomed subsequent visits with open arms. We are so thankful to have found them.

A wonderful facility that meets mom where she is and elevates her life on a daily basis

The staff is amazing- all well trained and lovely people The food gives mom great options with every meal- they do salad and grilled chicken breast as an option always and it is really good! I like joining her for meals and the staff is always so warm and accommodating.
