PositiveWatching the staff interact with the residents, not just my mom, they very caring and attentive. The memory care director has very intentional activities. Mom's care plan is individualized, not just a one size fits all plan. We are extremely happy with Brookdale Lake Brazos!

PositiveOver all experience is probably a 4. The nursing staff is very caring and dedicated and would probably get a 5. PositiveOutstanding facility! I have had my Mom there for over 5 Year's. The Management and staff is hands on with the residents. The facility sets on beautiful property. The food is delicious and well prepared. Activities all the time and the staff is always right there with the residents. Total professional all the way around. You could not find a better place to put a loved one. I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale Lake Brazos.

CriticalResidents have to use the facility's preferred pharmacy or they'll be charged a monthly fee. Food choices are slim and alternative items even slimmer. Ice and water is not always available to Residents unless it is from their own apartment. (Previous facility had ice and water available 24/7 in the dining room.

PositiveWe moved my mother into Brookdale Lake Brazos 4 months ago and she absolutely loves her new lease on life. She has made friends, goes on outings, works in the raised plant and flower beds. We have to schedule time to see her as her calendar is full. Staff have been so sweet to mom and us. So glad we chose the perfect fit for her.
