Care Types Offered Brookdale Lake Charles provides Level 3 adult residential care . In the state of Louisiana, these terms are defined as follows: Adult Residential Care Adult residential care refers to facilities that provide adult residential care for compensation to two or more adults. Adult residential care includes but is not limited to the following services: lodging, meals, medication administration, intermittent nursing services, assistance with personal hygiene, assistance with transfers and ambulation, assistance with dressing, housekeeping, and laundry.
