THE LACK OF CARE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!

We are currently moving out a friend of the family. I am appalled, disgusted, and disappointed by the the lack of care he received. It is supposed to be an assisted living place, but I would like to know what they assisted him with!!! He soiled the bed and they promised to pull the pad out and throw it away. When we arrived to move his property, we realized they had left the soiled pad under his sheets. It was the most disgusting thing you could imagine. We are having to throw his entire mattress away, not to menti…

Bad Care

I have a dad of mine complain of never getting a shower or checked on during the night. He gets very much avoided. Hurts me to always hear him on the phone about it. All he complains to our family about is how he either wants to be home and well taken care of or wanting baths he used to get back at home.

Poorly loved

I have an issue on the memory care side. Our friend is never too happy. We found old food it may have looked like with bugs crawling in it. Normally her room smells like she urinated. Not a good place anymore for my Mom.

Awesome place for a loved one

Staff is always so pleasant, upbeat, and helpful at Stonebridge! You can tell they're happy to be there. I would rate them at a 10 if I could! Dining is fabulous. The food always smells so wonderful. I've eaten there with my spouse several times and it's great food. Great quality! The facility is always clean and always smells clean and fresh. You see people working everyday to keep the facility nice and clean . The Courtyard is beautiful, but does need a little more grooming. The activities are great, they have so…
