Happy with Brookdale

Very friendly admin staff. Remembers all our names. Apartment is very small. Food is very good. A nice variety. Care seems good so far. Occasionally my mom has to wait a bit long or try several times before someone comes. But that's not too often. Several activities per day. My mom hasn't been to many yet as other appointments always seem to be at the same time. Overall we're very happy with Brookdale.

Most of the time. Believe they are short staffed in the evenings and weekend. I can be a challenge to get someone to answer main number after hours. Recommend so far.

Yes, to see the layout of the rooms, you must give them all of your information first. Must be a trick place. Avoid at all cost. Why do they not allow you to see their rooms prior to giving them your information.

Excellent care

My sister has been at Brookdale since February 2023. She has received excellent service from workers there. They try very hard to make sure we both are happy. The food is good and she enjoys eating in the dining room and has made friends there. Most of the residents are very friendly and go out of their way to be nice. Front desks people make you feel welcome as as you come in the door. No place is perfect but Brookdale is one of the best facilities I have been in.

Supportive, caring environment for my mom

My mom has been at Brookdale for a little over 2 months and we are so pleased with the care she is receiving. I love the smaller community because it feels more like home and is much more personalized. Everyone knows each other, the staff is knowledgeable and caring, and they're always available to help family members with questions. I feel confident knowing my mom is in a safe and supportive environment.
