Mom hates the food and rarely eats it. I've eaten there a couple of times and it is bad. Mom has to ask multiple times to get her sheets changed Staff have been very good overall. They are kind and helpful! One thing that is very frustrating is getting in/out of the building especially after hours. I come and take Mom to dinner quite a bit and when I take her back and it's after 6:00 it can take forever to get someone to the door and the later in the evening the worst it is. I wouldn't recommend them. Under window air con takes up a lot of room space. No food choice on menu and there is not enough help.

They've been good and address my issues. Just with anyplace some are more patient with my mom vs others. The food is not good...We are paying 8k a month and the food is worse than kids at elementary school lunches. Every blue moon something is good. I take mom dinner most days.

We liked the pricing we like the fact that it was a smaller thought it would be more personal not as easy for them to get lost. The staff was sweet and seemed very caring. It smelt clean and didn't have a old people smell or pee smell that was a real big plus. My one disappointment, was house cleaning in their rooms.
