PositiveOur experience as family of my mom
Brookdale Midwestern of Wichita Falls is phenomenal. My mom has been there for a year and overall has been a pleasant experience. The staff, the cooks, everything has been awesome. We truly are excited with the experience we have had. The director [Name Removed] is a god sent. Her compassion for the residents is a gd sent. The whole staff is a pleasure.

PositiveI sneek in without an appointment and they were happy to give me one. I’m really bad with names but she was Super helpful and gave me a couple of things to check on to help me. It is a smaller place than Brookdale Lake Sides. I do like the inside garden area. Everything is locked down and no one can can get hurt by taking off. Which I do like do to what I went through with my grandmother. There are many plus sides to the other Brookdale and here but there always there. Don’t hesitate to visit.

PositiveHomey atmosphere
Staff is very caring and professional. They always seem a bit short handed but have managed to work it out. Rate increase at one year anniversary was expected. Its called assisted living but alot of the residents have early dementia,alzhiemers, etc. Lots of wheelchairs right now. The overall atomsphere is very homelike. Nice courtyard to sit outside.
