Everything is a five. My mom really likes it there and is very happy. Do not have any complaints at all. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and I already have. My neighbor is going to be checking it out for her mom.

Not enough staff to take into consideration hard to manage residents in memory care. Management does not spend the time necessary to observe and train staff. If staffing were to be increased and better trained, I would give Brookdale a 5.

Everything is excellent except for the quality of care. He has gone without bedding. They don't remind my dad to put his legs up. He runs out of towels and toilet paper. I'm always talking to the manager and so are his VA aids. Family has to stay on top of things because my dad has a bit of dementia and will go without. They are nice, just not attentive.
