The staff and care at Brookdale has exceeded all expectations. We are happy with the level of care given to my uncle

The facility takes safety and security very seriously. All public and resident areas of the facility that we toured were immaculate. The staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The residents are encouraged to participate in the several activities that happen through out the day. The residents are able to bring furniture, wall art and pictures to make their room very homey and welcoming. Most rooms are single. Wonderful admin staff

The administrative staff were truly awesome! As far as the food goes, I think they could benefit by offering more of a selection rather than the same thing everyday, especially breakfast, it's a mixture of sausage scrambled eggs a and cubed potatoes.

Disappointed

The staff used, some of the supplies I purchased for my mother for other patients. Every time mom would fall they sent her to the hospital even if there was no reason, costing me [amount removed]each time, and the hospital would send her right back. The [name removed]community fee is a rip off and non refundable upon the patients death. The overall cost is ridiculous, and the care is not good. I'm very pleased with Brookdale. The only complaint I could have is they sometimes mixed her clothes up with other residents but if that's the worst thing happening I can't complain. Pricey and increases in January are a bit much originally $[removed] and then increased to $[removed]. Hence funds are being used up quick
