The staff at Harmony at Harts Run (independent living) is incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. Within a few days of moving in, every staff member my mom encounters in the hallways, serves her meals, or sits at the concierge desk greets her by her first name. The staff is very friendly and everyone is helpful! There were a few things we were unsure of and couldn't seem to get answers to like when the cleaning staff was set to come. Also, while this is not a huge deal, the ice machine in the apartment was not working. I brought ice trays and made ice.
