Lovely facility and community

My parents have been living in Brookdale for 4 months. Since the first tour of the facility, we have been impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, the welcoming atmosphere and the lovely facility that has made for a safe and welcoming community. When we were looking for the best community to move to, the staff took so much time to talk to the whole family and answer our questions. My dad was reluctant to move to independent living but once he got there, he loved it! His apartment at Brookdale Oak Park is spacious with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. He has a north eastern view & can see downtown Chicago. The 2 meals a day are perfect for him. Breakfast is casual (seat yourself) & dinner is a seated affair with [name removed], the kindest host! All are a 5. It is a very comfortable place to live and thrive. They are very intelligent and kind and we would absolutely recommend Brookdale Oak Park to other families based on our experience!

we've been here for a month. The residents and staff are helpful and friendly. The meals are varied with healthy options. The activities are varied and inclusive. The location is excellent. I've recommended it to several friends.

A very comfortable place

Brookdale Oak Park is very nice place, very good staffing, good food, overall a pleasant place. Staff is exceptional.. great location they have very pleasant activities most days. I am able to include my little dog in most activities and that pleases me. The residents are friendly and willing to include a newcomers

My daughter and I visited Brookdale Oak Park. Rep is very knowledgeable of the facility and what it has to offer. It is very clean and well-managed. A few residents also stopped us and told us what a great job they do there. Rep also invited us back any time we want, and answered all our questions.
