You'll move your loved one in and 2 months later they'll jack the cost of room and board up by hundreds of dollars. Then let it accumulate without receiving payment for months without saying anything and slap you with a bill for [Amount Removed] and then say they were providing notices in the residents mailbox (which he had no idea existed and when we found out it was bursting full), bare minimum facility, and they know he is struggling to pay and making efforts to pay down the debt that THEY let accumulate, and st…

The facility is very well maintained and it's all opened and on one floor.Very spacious and you feel comfortable and at home. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility. They are helpful and always greet you with a smile. They always have plenty of activities for the residents to participate in.Puzzles, games, crafts, movies. Every day is always something different to do. Morning b- fit exercises and trips are always fun for the residents.
