Our experience

Lots of turnover with the nurses and techs. Short staffed on most days. Even housekeeping is lacking a full staff and weeks can go by without a room being cleaned. If money were not a problem then I probably would not. They are a good budget friendly facility I think if they could get the staffing issues figured out yes I would recommend.

We toured the Memory care area. My mother told them she was not ready to make the change. Neither unit was somewhere I would house my mother for the remainder of her days. Both were depressing to me.

They need more activity. Staff is friendly but people tend to stay on their rooms.

Well, the executive manager wants to know if you have any problems but doesn't follow up to make sure the issue gets resolved. The dining manager wants to hear your opinions or questions but blames corporate for tying his hands on what he can do to improve the experience. Maintenance manager is slow to solve Maintenance issues. The only manager who does a fantastic job and truly seems to care is the health & wellness director and she's leaving tomorrow.

Family Environment!

The managers here are amazing! The residents here are all wonderful people and get along with everyone. It is very much a family environment at this community. They enjoy games, entertainment, and have such a great happy hour which is made special by the Chef's appetizers that she makes for these occasions.

Great Community!

The activities keep residents engaged throughout the day. The residents always look forward to the outings on Fridays that they get to choose beforehand. The dining menu, the residents enjoy because they get to choose from various entrées. The memory care also have great activities to engage the residents and they go on their outings once a month on Fridays.
