Several staff members were very caring and attentive to my mother's needs and my concerns, but the atmosphere has changed over the past few months, and I have seen a turnover of staff and frustration that they. are overworked and underpaid. The residents seem unhappier, and my mom is depressed and under stimulated. She rarely leaves her room except for meals, and the room is unkempt and depressing. I must say that overall, this is a beautiful place and that I am so happy to see my mother happy every day. The cleanliness of the facility is top-notch and 2nd to none. for the most part the staff seems to be very happy and committed to their residents.
