Everyone was very nice and it really felt like home there.

PositiveBrookdale Shreveport is a very nice facility. It is clean. No urine smell in the Memory Care unit. It has a lot of ambient light and very homey. The facility is not as new as some I visited so I am giving it a little lower score just on that fact. The staff all seemed genuinely engaged with the residents and welcoming to me and my sister. It is also close to my mother's doctors and preferred hospital. We had a lengthy visit with no indication that anyone preferred we speed the visit up.
