Now that Brookdale Water Court is no longer managing this community and Atria has taken over, it will be interesting to see how the new ownership responds to residents' concerns and whether meaningful improvements are made. For example, one resident has been waiting for over a year to have her DirecTV service connected, yet management has continued to provide little or no response. PositiveI enjoyed my visit and the staff was friendly. My brother has been there for five days and I think he is very pleased with his apartment or just pleased to get away from me. Only complaint I have is if a resident can’t make it to the dining to eat there is a $8.00 charge for staff to deliver food inside of the building.

The staff is so incredibly patient and polite! These folks are gems! Facility has everything you'd need! I'm 61 and already looking forward to moving in there! One bedroom apartment is small but not too small. Great closet space. Had to add storage drawers is bathroom but can't be built in for handicap purposes.

YES 10 out of 10!!! It is a WONDERFUL PLACE!! It is the perfect fit for our loved one TRULY A BIG FAMILY PLACE!! You walk in and can feel that they care for everyone living there.
