Brookdale Southfield

Great people, great place

Though Brookdale wasn't ultimately the best facility for my mother, due to her cognitive decline requiring her to move to a small group home, Brookdale is a wonderful facility with an incredible staff. And I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone who is independent and looking to age in place.

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my recent visit to your facility. I was very impressed with your personal residents program, and I found the environment to be wonderful. I also wanted to specifically mention that Our host was incredibly hospitable during my time there. She answered every question that I had and she took it a step farther by presenting me with a cute little thank you gift for visiting. I hope my Dad gives your location a try. Thank you for the great experience!

Staff is excellent, activities are fine. She has a beautiful place. I would absolutely recommend the community to others.

I would highly recommend Brookdale

I would rate Brookdale a 5 stars. My mother was there for rehabilitation services after a fall. The Comfort Care staff and others were awesome. I feel that the positive environment helped with her rehab. I would highly recommend Brookdale to others. Our overall experience was positive and my mother enjoyed her stay at Brookdale.

[name removed] was friendly, very thorough and gave me tour of the facilities including a an apartment. All my questions were answered and I was very impressed with the facility and staff.
