PositiveI am a resident of your quiet, clean, and friendly facility, I've learned to call my home. I went away for a while and was so unhappy I just wanted to come home and was welcomed back with open arms. However, some things have changed that I don't understand. Before we were able to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee and smoke. I understand and agree why the porch was off limits to smokers but why the courtyard? Positive[name removed], the marketing director, was very helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The staff is friendly. Biggest concern for our resident is quality of food and the smoking area being a shared outside space which makes it challenging for those who don’t smoke and use oxygen.
