PositiveVery pleasant and informative. Sales person did a good job taking us on a tour of the facility and explaining the available options. We observed several residents engaged in a group game. Lunch had just been serviced and the atmosphere seemed very friendly. The facility overall was clean and orderly. While we are not seeking the services available at this time, I feel we have a general understanding of how the facility is operated, including financial, medical, staffing, and the tiered services available. PositiveWe feel that my father was sedated the whole time he was there when he went in there he was fine and like two days later he was like a zombie. I just don't feel like it was right so my mother decided to take him home and get someone to come in the house and take care of him. Within 24 hours of him being back at home I'll talk to you everything he was 50% more awake than he has been since he went to Brookdale. That's just our experience and we definitely would not recommend you to anyone
