[Name Removed] was wonderful. She knew all of the residents by name and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. We were shown several units, including one that was occupied and the resident was happy to show us his place. The whole facility is clean. Nothing out of place. Although we had an appointment, we were invited to stop in any time. I brought my dad by a couple days later unannounced. We were welcomed in by front desk staff and shown another unit. Mostly good

Brookdale vista was great for most things. Everyone is under staffed and they are no exception. Overall they were great. But they did fall short on getting meds out in a timely manner. My mom would have anxiety episodes if she got behind on her meds . And they were doing their best but you can only do so much when you're understaffed. That's really my only complaint/concern.

Brookdale Vista has been so helpful and accommodating. My Dad feels very content there and our family is very grateful that his health is stable and he is safe.
