PositiveI cannot say enough wonderful things about this community. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and compassionate staff. My family has such peace of mind knowing that our loved one is in a safe, supportive environment surrounded by people who treat them like family. We are so grateful we chose Brookdale Wake Forest-it has been the best decision!
★★★★★
CriticalThe food was horrible. They early ever fixed any fresh food. It was all processed frozen foods. Their idea of fruit was canned fruit cocktail. They used too much salt which is horrible for elderly people. Everything was full Of sodium and nothing was fresh. My mom was ignored. She would go an entire day with no aid to come and help her with her daily needs. We paid for almost the highest level of care and she would have days where no one can in To help her.
