CriticalIt was a HORRIBLE experience. They should be sued for the way they treated my mom. I'm still contemplating whether to report them to the state unfortunately. Choose ANOTHER COMMUNITY!

PositiveI believe a process change needs to take place for every new resident to the Community. I can only speak for Garner location as that is where my loved one was. Change I suggest is: Every new Memory Care resident needs to be assigned a staff member for day and night to be with that resident all the time for at least a week. I recommend this process change so the Dementia resident gets more familiar with the community and the staff. Dementia residents new to community don’t understand when staff says stay here I w…
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestions about the new-resident transition process in Memory Care — insights from families help us continue improving the support we provide, especially during those first important days. We’ll be sure to share your recommendations with our leadership team. It’s also wonderful to hear your kind words about our staff. We’re grateful that the team made a positive impact on your loved one and your family, and we’ll make sure they see your comments. Thank you again for your honesty and for trusting us with your loved one’s care.

PositiveStaff members are very welcoming and friendly. Look out for the residents. Room size is adequate for a single person and bed. It would be better if a double bed could be accommodated but right now a twin bed works. Meals are ok just need more selection for breakfast.
Response from the communityThank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear our staff have made you feel welcome and supported. We appreciate your thoughts on the room size and breakfast options, and we’ll share them with our team as we continue to enhance the living experience for our residents.

PositiveI think this memory care facility realize the true behaviors of patients. Unlike the last one I had mom with. I like them and would highly recommend this facility. The staff is great with all the patients whatever their behavior is.
