Please do your research before placing your loved one in an assisted living facility. My mom was here for 3 years and just passed on [date removed]. Not a single phone call expressing their condolences. Towards the end, the activities stopped, the new nurses and care givers that came in were totally disengaged with the residents. They promised a hair dresser but they were few and far between. My mom’s hair went months without being washed. The place smelled like urine, the front desk was rude except for 2 ladies th…

From my initial visit when seeking a new home for Mom I felt a warm community spirit at Brookdale Westampton. The “downtown” facade was a welcoming vision of warmth. The entire staff was very friendly and took a superior interest in all of the community members. I was extremely impressed and Brookdale was immediately at the front of my list of prospects. I have not been disappointed in my choice for Mom’s new home.

Our experience with my father-in-law living in this community has been good. He was readily accepted by all residents and staff who all seem to be interested in him and "who he is" (his interests, humor, family). Warmth and understanding abound here and it is obvious from the front entrance all the way in to the residents rooms. We were fortunate to find this community and has been a good fit for my father-in-law.
