PositiveThe facility was spotless & the staff was always professional & caring. Our mother received a warm welcome & was always treated with respect.

PositiveAll the staff are caring and loving people who take good care of the resident. The place is always clean and it is good for walking. The meals are good too.. They have a consistent schedule of daily activities and meet in the living room. The living room has a fireplace and the living room and entrance are decorated nicely for the holidays. It is cozy. Also very nice apartment.

PositiveMy mom was looking for a place for respite for a few months after rehab. We really didn’t look anywhere else, but checked out Granville. The people who work there are so great and helpful. PositiveOverall, the staff is very caring and helpful and very compassionate. I like that they know all of us by name in room. food is OK. I haven't been here long but it's beginning to feel like home.
★★★★★
PositiveWe are looking for a place where our mom can be safe and comfortable. We believe Granville Place has everything we need. It’s open for visitation, meals, care, and a strongly involved staff who knows everyone by name.

PositiveWell I'll give you the high and lows the staff is very good and always available for her every need. Facility is adequate for small apartment living but food is lacking. Not enough fresh food and too much frozen processed foods. That's the high points thanks
