All employees have been so nice and helpful My sister is thriving and happy At Brookdale Westerville We are so happy with the choice of trusting Brookdale

Overall would recommend

They've been great at transitioning my mom and did so very quickly. They work great with hospice and are super communicative. The only downside was an issue with pricing being more than quoted due to more hands on care needed and a mistake in pricing on their end.

We have had a few hiccups with billing and things not being very clear but it got straightened out. My Dad has not been real happy with the food. He complains more than likes what they serve. There are two care attendants that he really likes. A few he doesn't, but overall good care.

It's a smaller community so while they don't have the same variety of activities and food, it's good for those who feel a smaller community would be better for their loved one.

Small and homey

My sister has been in two rehab facilities before coming to Brookdale Westerville Assisted Living Yes , there are differences to say for sure My sister now has the correct settings for bi pap machine And is put on correctly each night we're before it was not My sister is thriving and socializing and is happy , is treated with respect and kindness I recommend Brookdale Westerville highly It is a small community with residents that socialize in this environment

Loved the staff !

My father was only with Brookdale for a couple of weeks before he passed so he was unable to do activities or enjoy food. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
