PositiveThe minute we walked in it felt like home. Several members of the community went out of their way to welcome us and sing the praises of the staff and facility. Our point person was truly concerned about our needs, answered every question and followed up with an email summarizing our meetings and conversations. She addressed all concerns immediately, was available at any time and went out of her way to make us welcome. The facility is beautiful and very well maintained.
