The staff is excellent! The communicate often, are quick to respond, seem very attentive to my Mom and genuinely seem to care.

This was our first visit with a memory care facility. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and anticipating the information we needed. We appreciated the serene outdoor spaces such as the patio and the herb garden.

Our experience

The meals are not diabetic friendly. However, what we like the most about the community is their friendly environment with an open door policy. Facility has a homey feeling, the residents seem to be happy and involved in the activities.

The facility was clean, orderly, pleasant, no odors, well thought out design & Freindly… the residents seemed happy and comfortable!

Conscientious and Customized Care!

The approach to care that is focused on the resident's wishes versus a regimented approach is excellent, especially in the case of my mom, who doesn't like to be forced to participate in activities. One concern I have is if/when she is regularly granted her wish NOT to bathe or have her hair washed; it makes me concerned for her hygiene. On a very positive note: Mom is a finicky eater and she has managed to gain 10 necessary pounds in a short time there. That's a huge credit to the cooking staff and the meals they …
