Positivebest memory care in Ellis county.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Memory Care is very clean and a they are attentive to all residents each time I visit. Everyone gets individual attention based on their needs. This is the best facility I visited and the sales administrator did not pressure or over sell. I was impressed with the staff and how they cared for everyone there. I am treated like family there. And my mom adjusted to it quickly which shows how they attend to her.

CriticalQuality has Declined
Since Buffalo Creek has been purchased by Sagora quality has declined. They are having staffing issues. They have an activities calendar but it is not accurate. There are very little activities on the weekend. I noticed above states it has complimentary transportation but there is a fee for all transportation. Very Limited offsite activities
Response from the communityI am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the current state of the community. I would like to reassure you that #1 Sagora has not purchased the property, we are a managing company. #2 Staffing has not been an issue, I speak with the Executive Director on a daily basis and we are staffed accordingly to state regulations. #3 activities can sometimes change depending on resident participation and or requests to have new activities added. Weekends we do not have an activities director and most activities are resident led. #4 We DO NOT charge for transportation as long as its within a 15 mile radius which the Resident Agreement states. #6 We have several activities a month that are off site, I would refer back to the activity calendar. If your family member has any suggestions for new ideas we hold town halls once a month and that can always be brought up. If you would like to discuss this further feel free to contact me directly. PositiveResponsive staff, peace of mind
All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to emails and answer any questions you may have. They respond quickly to accidents. My mom broke her hip and they were on her quickly (residents wear a necklace with button to push), called ambulance and myself.
