Every employee I've interacted with has been kind, helpful, and caring. My only concern has been the food. My mother has complained about it consistently, although she tends to be picky about food no matter where she goes, so it's hard to say whether it's the food itself or just her personal preference.

Friendly caring staff. Clean facilities. The rooms are big enough for my mom to maneuver her wheelchair. Plenty of on site activities. (Mom no longer goes on the offsite trips so I cannot say what they are like.)

Best place in Raleigh. Management did everything they could to help us get adequate care for my brother in law. No other place helped us like Falls River. Not only on one occasion but twice. [name removed] is the best. Our family is extremely grateful for what she did for us. No other facility in Raleigh cares for the welfare of their patients like Falls River.
