I believe a process change needs to take place for every new resident to the Community. I can only speak for Garner location as that is where my loved one was. Change I suggest is: Every new Memory Care resident needs to be assigned a staff member for day and night to be with that resident all the time for at least a week. I recommend this process change so the Dementia resident gets more familiar with the community and the staff. Dementia residents new to community don’t understand when staff says stay here I w…

Staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Look out for the residents. Room size is adequate for a single person and bed. It would be better if a double bed could be accommodated but right now a twin bed works. Meals are ok just need more selection for breakfast.

I think this memory care facility realize the true behaviors of patients. Unlike the last one I had mom with. I like them and would highly recommend this facility. The staff is great with all the patients whatever their behavior is.
