HAS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENTS

Sadly California Mission Inn has gone downhill in the last year. Happy ily we now have more residents, but less caregivers. The caregivers are rushed and stressed over management. At this time I would not recommend California Mission Inn.

Moving Mom into an age in place community was an easy transition with California Mission and a place for mom

Staff is great. [name removed] who handles new tenants is a sweetheart of a human being and is a delight to engage with he made the process very smooth and my mother loves him. My mom enjoys the activities and has made many friends in the age in place community.

#1 overall experience is a 3, I would give it a 5 if the food was better. '#2 cleanliness is a 3, the weekly cleaning of individual apartments is not good. Most of us do a bit of it ourselves. If you ask the housekeeper to do something, she takes care of it. #3 friendliness is a 5, the whole staff is wonderful!. Everyone is helpful, and pleasant. If I could I would give them a 10 ! #4 care I require a lot of hands on care. I use a wheelchair, plus I need personal help, they always help and are cheerful and kind.…
