I go to Callahan Court on a regular basis unannounced and I am very impressed with the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the smells, the quality of the help, the quality of their staff and the activities that are provided. I would have to give them a 5 on all categories. I would recommend this community to others and already have.

Assisted living anywhere is very expensive. This was about what you'd pay anywhere even if it wasn't the quality of Callahan. We were very grateful for the care mom received the short time she was there. It was excellent and we felt lucky there was a space available for mom. I would highly recommend it. And I will never forget how lovely every single person was, right down to engineering, who stopped by to see mom or pay their respects on her passing.

The staff members went above and beyond while our loved one was there. She was only there for two months and everybody from top to bottom was just wonderful to her. They made sure our loved one was very well cared for. We were having difficulties getting hospice to come in, and Callahan Court was able to make it happen. Those two weeks with hospice was everything a family could want and expect for their loved one. They gave exceptional care. It was expensive but it was nothing different than any other place we have…

My father was admitted to Callahan Court in late June 2017. Charged a $1500 NON refundable “property improvement” fee upfront. My father passed away on [date removed], he spent about 9 days there and they refused to refund ALL of July’s rent minus of course the 2 days he was there. They basically stole about $3500 from our family by charging 2 weeks of rent after my father was dead and not even on property. All requests to speak with management went UN answered
