Positivelike a big family, with loving care and imperfections.
As adult children we are very pleased with the facility. Our mom is happy there as well, certainly happier than she expected she would be. The staff doesn't always come as quickly as I think they should, but they are always friendly and responsive when they are helping or interacting with us and they seem to go above and beyond in most ways. Overall, we believe our mom is getting adequate care. The food leaves a lot to be desired, but they offer many options, so our mom can usually get something she likes. I think …

PositiveThis was a very nice facility and there were upgrades going on that showed improvement in the overall quality of the hallways and living conditions. I really like the location as it is easily accessible via the freeway and across from some good restaurants. The only negative initially is the lack of visitor parking or any available parking at all. All in all a nice facility and they are the only place willing to do a care assessment in advance of signing up.

I am 88 years old. I needed a safe place to be as I age and need more and more assistance with daily living. I found Capistrano Senior Living to be exactly what I was looking for. The staff is caring, thoughtful, and well trained. Safety in all areas is a primary concern and the staff is diligent in their care of us.
