Friendly and caring staff

I'm impressed with the place in general. All aspects are above average in my opinion. My husband is the recipient of their amenities. Sad to say, he is very depressed about this move. He is in denial about his failing health. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

Honestly, it's like a three out of five. Food is just OK. They left my grandma in her pajamas until after lunch on the first day because that's when they could shower her and she didn't wanna go down to breakfast in the morning so they didn't help her get changed. The carpet didn't look new. The cabinets don't close all the way in the kitchen and bathrooms, and our rickety, not updated at all. There is little to no space in the kitchen. Laguna Estates

I keep moving more things into this lovely place. The people are very friendly, both the residence and the staff. This facility is clean. My view is spectacular. If I had any complaints, it would be that I am living here in independent living and most of the residents are older andin assisted living. The food is mostly good. Breakfast is always. Excellent. Lunch is usually good. Dinner is mostly good, but there have been a few that were not so good.

Review for Laguna Estates Senior Living

You must be involved because not all Care staff are trained well and monitored for individual resident's needs, as well as it is a highly transient position so there is a regular turn-over of staff necessitating continued training and moderating training. Currently, the majority of Care staff are mature, but the younger ones often show they are going through the motions and are not always as conscientious. For approx. [fee removed] a month I do not feel we get the value unless I am there regularly to insure we do.

Flexible and in our price range

The location was nice, they were easy to work with and were flexible. We were needing a temporary respite stay, so it was a little out of the typical placements so we appreciated their flexibility as other places would not offer that type of arrangement. And good pricing helped!

Laguna Estates - 5 star review

I would let others looking know that they are kindly tolerant of belligerent, disruptive and confrontational residents, of which my mother was one! The facility is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! Particularly the manager. Price was reasonable as well.
