PositiveI would say that it's a really nice place. What I am most impressed with is the staff. They are, without exception, kind, attentive & responsive. I love that they know everyone's name & how they treat the residents. My friend who is living there is still adjusting but I think it's so important to her to be greeted by name every time she encounters someone on the staff. It makes her feel important. I think we made the right choice for my friend's situation.

Positive[name removed] was in her last 4 weeks of life. These people treated her very well and took very good care of her. From everything I witnessed they were very compassionate and empathetic to what she was going through and made sure she was treated well.

CriticalThere are many issues with payment and communication. I am still not getting receipts for my mom's monthly payment. I wasn't told there was a change in management. Haven't seen the facility myself. I feel like I can not answer that. My mom has had a complaint about her window. I don't know if it ever got fixed (or if she actually said something to someone. The staff are not easily reached. But when I have talked to them it's mostly friendly. Never had a "bad" conversation. She seems happy. I don't hear about her…
