PositiveBolton brooke caremore is an outstanind wonderful home for you love ones. There alot for them to do like bingo arts and crafts tv time outside time. My family enjoy it there and love nothing more than a great place like this. CriticalWarning, I have to agree 100% with the previous review posted! My loved one was repeatedly assaulted by other residents, the place is filthy dirty, Medication errors, missing belongings, in my experience the staff is incompetent along with the owner ( if you can figure out who that is)! CriticalDue to incompetence of staff and owners you will never be satisfied with the care your loved one is receiving. Home management is disrespectful and lacks ability to do their job correctly and the owners do not care enough to find someone better. There are many other homes in the county that provide better care. Staff are not trained well and are unable to perform their jobs because of negligent management. This will be the next caremore home to be shut down.
