PositiveCaring Hearts being in a residence rather than institutional setting has made a huge difference. My sister has Lewy Body and is delusional and has hallucinations.[name removed] has helped her a lot. She arrived unable to walk and with a catheter and emaciated. now walking toileting and gained weight. All the residents have severe dementia so I would not place someone without dementia there

PositiveMy wife has been a resident at this facility due to dementia for almost a year, and I am completely satisfied with the care she receives. Caretaker, [name removed] is a knowledgeable professional. She provides not only medically needed assistance to my wife, but also friendly attention. She truly cares about her physical wellbeing, hygiene and appearance, and dietary needs as a family member would. I feel secure that my wife is truly in caring hands.

PositiveMy father-in-law was there for 9 years before he passed. He had a brain injury and caused him to be very difficult to manage. Caring Hearts and Hands were amazing with him. The respect and care given to him was comforting to us his family. They never let him feel alone. They truly are one of the best places for care.

PositiveWe were in need with a rapid decline of my MIL and the other place we looked at did not seem as kind as [name removed]. We could tell from the beginning that our mom would be taken care of well. We picked this community, only for the location but the owner of the initial place gave the feeling that she was all about the business end, not a very kind person or willing to work with my loved one and her stage1/2 possibly sacral wound. I'm in healthcare and understand Medicare guidelines but we felt she was very cold. …
