Carolina Reserve of Durham

[name removed] was great and answered all of our questions. I don’t think this would be a good fit for my mom.

We really liked liked Carlina Reserve with the exception of the Mr Clean smell everywhere. We felt that maybe the furniture was possibly old and needed replaced. Everything else was very nice and so were the staff, Unfortunately we are not going to be moving my brother until after his wife dies.

The place seemed terrific. We will likely choose this place when mom needs it. I like that it was clean, smelled clean, had a lot of activities and even regular outings. It appeared that care was very personal.

It was emotional and scary to visit an assisted living facility but [Name Removed] was calming, informative and gentle. He answered all of my questions and gave me a tour. This was a very positive experience and helped me gather the info I need to be able to make the best decision both short and long term for my husband.

I found Carolina Reserve to be bright, the walls are a warm color with white trim throughout, this highlights both cleanliness and care. The air smells clean everywhere. The staff is not only courteous and professional, they are helpful and friendly. In Memory Care many of the residents are active and engaging. I was blessed to have my husband move in.

Amazing Home

When the time comes to place a Loved Parent into a new to them home, the task can be daunting. From our first visit I was impressed by the inviting and warm atmosphere and how kind and professional every member of staff has been. My Mom has been here for two months now and thankfully seems to feel right at home. Her grandchildren and I enjoy our visits with her here and are relieved to know she is safe and sound in a caring environment suited to her needs.
