★★★★★
PositiveThe staff was extraordinary. The facility is very clean with lots of activities.
★★★★★
CriticalThey need to work on keeping the facility cleaner. Another thing is that they only have men working on weekends. I'm not sure how families with women living there feel about that, because they are not getting showered or really taken care of.
★★★★★
CriticalThey don't appear to have a soft food diet for those you need it. The staff are wonderful. There are no chair exercises for the clients. The food for the general clients is great.
★★★★★
PositiveStaff members are patient and friendly with my mom. She is not left alone (trapped) in bed for long during the day when she is awake. She eats meals with her peers in a dining room. Mom seems happy. I highly recommend this facility to others.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's wonderful. We picked this community because of the home setting. I would recommend to others.
★★★★★
PositiveI toured Casa Bella but cleanliness was an issue for me and a lack of "safe" places to take a walk with my loved one. It also smelled and that was hard to take.
