Nice, clean facilities, kind caregivers. There is some breakdown in communication between shift to shift re patient care. This is only 6 weeks in for our mom. It's an adjustment period where communication is very important to get her settled in. I would recommend HGV.

Value for cost initially 5. After [name removed] passed, 2. Overall, it was a good experience. We found the Staff to be caring. My in laws were both there, together. And they both Fell. My father in law fell and broke a hip at 90. He never walked again and died a year later. My mother in law fell at 85, despite being wheelchair bound. She died within 24 hours. I can't help but wonder if something more could have been done to prevent falls. It's a very nice, homelike environment for people who really require memory …

It was a wonderful place and the staff were extremely helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate changes in my father's condition. Maintaining the residents' dignity was a primary focus for them. The facility was always clean and smelled nice. I really like the fact that the door to each resident's room opened up into a common area instead of opening up into a hall.

I always felt that my dad was safe at Haciendas at Grace Village. The staff treated him with tenderness and kindness. He was always dressed nicely and had his hair combed. The building was always clean and smelled good. The friendliness, care services, activities and meals were great. I feel that they went out of their way to accommodate and help my dad. I would recommend Haciendas at Grace Village to family and friends.
