CriticalPredatory tactics and no sympathy
They sold me a dream and delivered a nightmare. They were only interested in getting a signature and collecting their money and when our situation changed due to medical concerns they had zero sympathy and handled it poorly. I would never recommend. They told me they offered all kinds of supports and when we actually needed those supports they quoted me [removed] a month!!

PositiveProfessional staff on all levels. We made plans for my dad to move in on [date removed] [name removed] was wonderful. She walked us through the process, helped us with the paperwork and gave us a tour of the grounds and my dad’s future room. He even had lunch during the visit!!I am looking forward to my dad moving in. Since I am in New York I feel comfortable that he is in great hands

My mom was only there 1 week then went to hospital and now rehab. Apartment was great. The staff is amazing and you feel more like a family there. Everyone from [name removed] the general Mgr to [name removed] in events and [name removed] who takes care of the building. I just loved everyone there. You will love this place.
