★★★★★
CriticalJust know that each situational needs of every family will be different. As facilities go, it was clean, spacious and staff were attentive to my love one, but I visited often and addressed concerns where appropriate and they were quickly resolved.
★★★★★
PositiveFor activities, our family member passed after being there for 5 days and was not able to participate in any activities. Value/Price - we paid community fee + 1st month for 5 days in the facility so for us it was not a good value.
★★★★★
PositiveThere was no complaints about the food, and my loved one seemed to like the food. My loved one loved the community, and the people who took care of her. They were very caring, and good people. They really care about the elderly. I would recommend to other families. A Place for Mom was so helpful, and is amazing.
★★★★★
CriticalI recently removed my mother from Cedar Tree assisted living for many reasons let me start by saying Cedar Tree is not what they claim to be. She was left sitting in urine soaked and often feces soaked adult undergarments water was being withheld so they didn't have to change her she was also on unauthorized medication she also had been intimidated not to say anything to family when we were there there were pressure wounds found by the family and not the caregivers her skin started to break down terribly I have doc…
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are very friendly and the care taker we have there for our loved one is very good and has a great routine down. She was able to get our loved one into the routine fairly quickly and she really takes the time and effort to give the same amount of care and attention to her other clients. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but they work out well.
★★★★★
CriticalCedar tree is considerably cheaper than the other facilities that we looked into. They seemed to be competent on a nursing level and it is a very nice place. They just seemed to be clueless on a business level which is the only reason we did not go with them.
