Positive3.5 based on our first 6-8 weeks here. The cooking was a disappointment. But during the last 3 months the kitchen staff has pitched in and tried new things; they've worked hard to please the Cottage folks. So now I would rate (B) as a 4.4---4.7. I hate to leave it without a perfect 5, but now it's a perfect 4 and with a few extra perks it'll be at 4.8 or maybe even a 4,9

CriticalThe room was nice and the center was clean. The food was good. The rest was poor. Not worth the money, there wasn't enough individual care, they didn't know how to work with my dad's agitation. The staff were always sitting down in the kitchen area. I didn't see much engagement. When things went wrong they called us to intervene. We were paying them a ton of money and we needed to remind them of his needs. I would never recommend them for memory care. He went down hill fast at Cedar Wood. My dad is in the local VA …
