I enjoy the facility tremendously it was it was very nice compared to the last time I had been there it's nice and bright and very friendly looking

Would not recommend

Facilities were old and air conditioning broke in the middle of summer. No air conditioning for weeks. Elevator from 1st floor to lobby broken for months. So those unable to use the stairs need to be taken out through the basement through a door that was often unlocked which was a safety hazard for residents. The nursing manager was horrible and I got calls from an ER doctor complaining about his attitude and lack of professionalism. We were billed for services after my father had moved out. We found Manresa to be very serene and pleasant and also slightly more affordable than other assisted living communities we have toured. The fact that they do not accept Medicaid was a deciding factor for us since our loved one will eventually have to rely on Medicaid.

Celebration of Mansrea feedback: friendly marketing person, [name removed]. She was excellent and responsive. Easy to work with. She was very kind to my mother.

Ups and downs but stay tuned.

Nurses are good. Not super responsive. CNAs questionable. Removing supplies from her room and entering without permission. The admin staff royally messed up the payment plan that we sent in place so it had to be corrected. The reality is, she has not been there that lung so it will take time to adjust. They need to hire a cook and not let the maintenance man cook.

The people at Manresa are wonderful however I must say whoever the corporation that owns them is having difficulty with things like keeping the elevator working properly or keeping the buttons working properly that the patients wear, but I absolutely adore the staff.
