The specially designed building features intimate gathering areas, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and convenient amenities. The 24-hour licensed nurses and memory care-certified associates provide residents with superior memory care services that promote a sense of dignity and independence while continuing to enhance the human spirit. This program promotes residents’ self-esteem while reducing the risk of boredom, loneliness, and aggressive behaviors through five key points: Velocity program — Daily activities and events keep residents stimulated and engaged. Oshibori experience — A daily routine that provides aromatherapy and serves as a reminder for mealtimes. Grab-and-Go neighborhood activities — Spontaneous small-group activities catered to residents’ individual needs. S.T.A.R. — Specific Therapeutic Assisted Recreation is a family oriented program that encourages families to bring in personal items to share and reminisce with their loved ones. Rest and Restoration program — An intervention program that provides audio, video, engagement, as well as comfort stimulation and redirection. PositiveExcellent place and experience Happy to have chosen this for my niece's grandmother Hope to visit often to see how things are going

PositiveThe facility is very nice and clean. Staff is nice and seems dedicated to helping and safety. The ratio of staff to clients is a concern especially at night and weekends. But I think the ratio is the same everywhere. I wish there is a way to use technology to remain connected like the use of amazon show to remotely speak with family members. Charter was a clean and caring environment. There was an unfortunate incident when my uncle was hit in the face by another aggressive client. I think charter responded appropri…

CriticalThe building is nice, clean and provides able-bodied residents who do not have any physical limitations the freedom to roam. Large outdoor walking, dining and activity space for good weather days. Caring staff could greatly benefit from specific training on how to care for patients with dementia and how to assist residents who need assistance with transfers and mobility issues. There were not enough front line staff to assist residents with transfers which caused many problems. Staff was caring and devoted to their…

PositiveIt is a great place to take someone needing memory care. They were the only ones that would take such young, strong, man in his 50s with some aggression.

CriticalIf you care about your loved one, do not put them here. They are severely understaffed leaving residents alone for hours at a time, especially after day shift leaves. Your loved one will not get the care you expect. The food is not a healthy diet. Residents are severely dehydrated. Management has either left for other jobs elsewhere or were fired. Take my advice - do not use this facility as a home for your loved one.

PositiveThey are an excellent memory care facility for Dementia and Alzheimer's. They understand the disease and help families through it. When his other facility kicked him out because they couldn't deal with the dementia, Charter took him in and was not scared of the issues. This is not an assisted care facility with a dementia unit tacked on the side. Dementia is all they do and they are fairly good at it. Their staff and new director [name removed] also seem to have fun and enjoy what they do. That is very important in…
