PositiveWe felt that Celebration Villa was a good fit for my parents. Our main reason for beginning the search was to get them closer to us. We found a place only 4.5 miles from our house. Its a 2br, 2 ba, with den condo. We can check on and help them easily as needed now and the veterans administration provides caregiver services 3 days a week in addition to doctor and nursing come to the house as needed.

PositiveI really liked the atmosphere of the place and the layout. I was disappointed that the room I was shown did not have a kitchen area. My son liked the people. I will not be looking to move any time soon as I will be relying on insurance to make payments and my health is not bad yet. Will be interested in visiting again in the future.

The staff is very friendly, and understanding with people with dementia. A lot of activities during the day to keep them busy a lot of little parties and celebrations overall very nice place to have your loved one.

The facility is very nice and the staff are very friendly. I will be honest to say that the cost of everything for this type of care still shocks me how high it is. I think the overall experience for her is the best it can be as my mother has very little memory, but there she is pleasant and comfortable and that is about all we can hope for at this point. She now calls it her home and says she wants to be there which is good for all involved

They seem to have a big turnover in the staff which is concerning. The food is just not good. It seems by the time my mom gets her food it's cold and the servings they get are very minimal.
