The virtual tour was very impressive. [Name Removed] was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She showed us everything and she greeted every resident or employee we came across. Very much liked the facility, however we have decided to place Mom at Celebration Villa at Lamont Farms. Would not recommend

They need to improve overall community feel. Most people just stay in their rooms all day and they make very little effort to get my dad out of room even though that was the one thing I asked for. On numerous occasions I've had residents on his floor waiting in hallways asking for help with simple task like their TV. I don't think anyone is managing these people. Nobody helps or encourages my dad to get dressed often he is in same clothes for days at a time. Just minimal effort overall. Needless to say we don't pla…

[name removed] was very thorough during our introductory meeting and quite helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend them to others and I have done so already. Given the craziness in our world and recent flu outbreak, Celebration exceeded my expectations for the care [name removed] gets. I'm am extremely happy with their level of communication also.

The staff is nice but they have a staffing problem. Always someone new. Apartment is rather small. Needs updating carpets lights ect. Food is good. Medical care needs to be better.

Not a good fit for our loved one

To be honest if you are ambulatory and can take care of yourself it would be fine. In my aunts case she needed help and they just didn't provide it. They do have activities that seemed fun for an ambulatory person. The food looked good but all my aunt could eat was soup and they put in the microwave and sat in front of her and did not help her eat. The room was very nice.
