The rooms were nice and roomy, and some of the staff were kind, but unfortunately, the overall care was very disappointing. The staff seemed too busy, and there were very few activities available. My mother’s care was lacking. She was sometimes only changed once a day, and she developed wounds on her feet and legs that were not properly treated. We had multiple meetings with supervisors and were repeatedly assured that things would improve, but unfortunately, we did not see meaningful changes. Based on our experi…

PositiveThe hospice team made it worth the stay
The admission was amazingly fast, as it was needed. The routine of getting the completely dependent patient out of bed for every meal was good. The staffing at times was not optimal but the care was better than other places we visited The patient was treated with respect. The hospice team gave an exellent shower weekly and gave good care with comfort for the 3 days end of life

Change in administration and staffing in the 2nd half of my father's time there was very negative. The nurses and staff in the PACU were excellent, attentive and compassionate. When my dad moved to the Assisted Living area of the 3rd floor, the staff was changing, attitudes and morale were poor, and his care was mediocre except for one or two people. My husband stayed in one of their PACU room, dirty, un sanitized, the bathroom was dirty always wet and with the punky odor. Broken bathroom door, they don't arrange the bed of the patient. Every time I went there to visit him, his room is very dirty, the sink never clean. Many personal stuffs of my husband were missing like iWatch, Bluetooth headset if I asked them, they cannot give me an answer just a shrugged of their shoulders.
