Recently they hired more staff.. more CNAs... much better now. It is very clean, with beautiful facilities.

Once a 10 has fallen to a 1

My 87 yro mother has lived here for 5 years. This was once the perfect retirement facility with wonderful management ([name removed]and [name removed][name removed]), but the new management is non-responsive and uncaring to the mounting concerns I have with this facility. Prices have risen and food quality, cleaning, maintenance and services have declined precipitously over the last couple of years. I could no longer recommend this facility as being safe for the elderly.

Very difficult communication

My 90 YO mother has lived here for a few years and she loves it. However, in early January, she tripped over a mat that was rolled up and left in the common area of her building. She broke her hip, required surgery, a lengthy rehab stay, continued physical therapy, and the loss of her ability to walk unaided. Celebration Village and Grace Management have refused to accept any responsibility or liability for the dangerous and unsafe condition on their property. Helpful understanding and patient staff. Great sizes of apartments and amenities have been amazing.

Loving Care for my Father

The facility is very clean, especially the memory care hall. The staff are very kind to the residents and treat them with respect. The therapy staff is very good. They rooms in assisted living are a good size for single rooms, but are somewhat cramped for doubles.
